J Hus is one of the freshest rappers to come out of East London. It's only been two years since he burst on to the scene, but his unique mix of rap, reggae and the new wave of electronic Afrobeat has catapulted him to success.
The 20-year-old grew up in Stratford, East London, where he impressed his friends so much with his MC skills, two of them offered to manage him! His first demos hit the web in 2015, which included 'So Paranoid', a collaboration with fellow London rapper MoStack.
His dropped his debut mixtape, 'The 15th Day', after the music video for track 'Dem Boy Paigon' racked up over a million views on YouTube, and his single 'Lean & Bop' became a radio hit.
